Professional Experience

Shihana has held multiple senior roles across Saudi Arabia, including leadership positions within the Ministry of Sport. Her background spans project management, investment management, and administrative leadership across consulting, engineering, and holding companies in Riyadh, with experience in delivering training and development programs across both the public and private sectors.

She brings strong expertise in strategic execution, policy development, and operational management across both sectors. Shihana contributes to Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives in strategy, performance management, projects, and investments, and has led international projects for Smartways Wellbeing Centers. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Saudi Arabia chapter and serves as the federation’s ambassador in Riyadh.

She is also a certified practitioner in Sound Healing and Bio-Well, and holds an Executive Diploma in Women’s Leadership in Sport from UNITAR. In addition, she has participated in several humanitarian and community initiatives, including healthcare volunteering in Djibouti and with Sultan bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City.
